The firm’s partners are deeply engaged in both strategic planning and day-to-day management, ensuring that every case is handled with the utmost care and precision.Key Responsibilities:Lead First-Chair Trials:
Command asbestos litigation cases from discovery through to verdict.Collaborate with Leadership:
Partner with Chris Campbell and other top-tier attorneys.Comprehensive Case Management:
Oversee all aspects of case management, from inception to resolution.Expert Deposition & Motion Practice:
Utilize extensive experience in depositions, motion drafting, and argumentation, as well as mediation, to deliver favorable results.Qualifications:8-10+ years of civil defense litigation and trial experience in asbestos, products liability, environmental, or toxic torts.Must have asbestos experience.Proven track record of managing complex cases both independently and as part of a team.In-depth experience with California’s legal environment, particularly in asbestos products liability.A solid background in insurance defense is a significant advantage.Must be a California resident with a California bar license in good standing.What’s On Offer:Hybrid/Remote Flexibility:
