One home per shift; Various Shifts – facility is open to 5X8; 4X10; 3X12 – ensure your candidate advises what shifts they would like.– Patients may be on trach, g-tube, vents.Start date: must start within 3-4 weeks of submittal.Ratio: 1:1Years of experience REQ: 1 year experienceFirst-timers accepted: YESCerts REQ: BLSIs on-call REQ?
