Position Details:• Drawing patients from 17 counties, this well-established practice is experiencing exceptional growth.• Thriving independent hospital located just 90 minutes from Omaha, NE & Des Moines, IA.• State-of-the-art Cancer Center boasting $16.5 million in recent upgrades, including new linear accelerator.• Physicians are truly respected in this organization - you will have both autonomy and robust clinical support.• Zero call.• 3D conformal, IMRT, VMAT, stereotactic radiotherapy, IGRT.• Collaborate with a high-functioning, cohesive multidisciplinary team of surgeons, medical oncologists, pathologists, pharmacists, psychiatrists/psychologists, APPs, nurse navigator, social workers, dietitians, & rehabilitation specialists.• 100% of nursing staff is Oncology Certified.• Experienced Medical Physicists, Dosimetrists, & RTs, as well as a dedicated Rad Onc RN.• Extremely robust financial package with guaranteed base salary/wRVU Bonus.• 35+ days’ Time Off, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, generous 401K match, malpractice with tail coverage, tax-advantaged savings vehicles & more.
