In this role, you'll harness clinical data and engage with physicians to deliver innovative medical devices that transform lives for patients and clinicians alike, aligning with Boston Scientific's mission.This is a flexible hybrid position based in Maple Grove, MN.Your responsibilities include:Advance ICTx technology by engaging key physician collaborations.Lead the development and deployment of the

Research Platform (HD IVUS and Physiology) with advanced software applications and coronary therapy tools.Develop data transfer agreements with physicians, core labs and other healthcare providers.Engage with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Legal Counsel to achieve organizational objectives.Support key customer accounts with new technology adoption, challenging applications, and troubleshooting.Provide technical support for clinical education and clinical research teams.Partner with physicians on clinical publications.Stay abreast with emerging clinical data and competitive technology advancements.Provide communication and access to clinical development opportunities for other R&D team members.Inform leadership on the direction of future technology investments and new clinical opportunities.Create a strong team culture around high expectations & high performance.In all actions, demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 7+ related experienceExperience with leading & facilitating physician engagements and/or a field-based role in the medical device industry.Knowledge of percutaneous coronary intervention procedures.Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.Preferred qualifications:Work experience in the engineering, medicine, science, or similar discipline.Experience with coronary intravascular imaging and/or physiology procedures.Experience with clinical research.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.Requisition ID:
