Key Responsibilities:Paid Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to meet defined performance metrics including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Display.Manage ad placements, bid strategies, and budget allocation to ensure maximum ROI on ad spendMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and the professional growth of team membersCross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with SEO, creative and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of campaign strategiesIndustry Knowledge - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising to continually enhance campaign performanceParticipate in professional development opportunities to further enhance skills and contribute to the team's knowledge baseQualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertisingProven expertise in managing paid campaigns on various digital advertising platformsStrong analytical and spreadsheet skills and a data-driven mindsetGoogle Ads Certified (current)Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerExperience with PPC tools such as SEMRush or AhrefsUnderstanding of important landing page elements and construction with proven track record of A/B testing and experimentsKnowledge of Google Local Services Ads a plusKnowledge of AI to build/manage campaigns a plus
