Senior PC Technician - Full Time - Days

Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the VP Support Services, this position is responsible for providing customer support. Customers include users of MS Office applications, Windows applications, Meditech and peripherals. The PC Technician is also responsible for installing hardware and software upgrades. This position provides support to the Network Systems Analyst.Qualifications:MINIMUM EDUCATION:High School graduate; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5 years experience highly preferred.REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:None.REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:PC deployments, troubleshoots, and repairs. End user communication and education. The ability to communicate technical issues and solutions using good communication skills. Troubleshoot issues over the phone. Have the knowledge and ability to research problems and find answers online, over the phone and through your teammates. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Microsoft Office, Windows XP, basic understanding of TCP/IP, laser printers, various computer brands and types. Works unsupervised and is flexible.
