a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Injector . They are looking for someone with a leadership take-charge attitude to grow their med spa aesthetic business. Eventually, this practitioner will manage a full-time team of other NP/PA injectors and lead the expansion of the Med Spa portion of the practice.The center is a state-of-the-art cosmetic surgery practice with several plastic surgeons. They offer a competitive base salary, productivity bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.Background RequirementsMinimum of 2 years’ aesthetic experience.1st assist surgical experience would be a plus.Experienced at injecting - Botox, Fillers, Dysport.Leadership take-charge attitude to grow their med spa aesthetic business.BenefitsSalary: $120,000 - $160,000Productivity Bonus: Based on experience and what candidate would bring to the practice.Medical for employees paid in full and can add family members.Dental available401k employer automatic contribution.Annual CME covered.2 weeks paid vacation (years 1-3), 3rd year add additional week,10 paid holidays, paid birthday day off, 1 week sick pay/time off which can roll over.$10,000 Life Insurance, LTD insuranceIdentity Fraud Protection, EAP (Employee Assistance Program)$10,000 in practice bucks for employees to redeem towards cosmetic procedures the first year, 5K annually thereafter.If you are interested in learning more about this
