2nd Shift Electrical Sign Assembler

Nesco Resource is sourcing for an Electrical Assembler (Non Automotive) for a Design & Fabrication company in Madison Heights. Full- time Contract to hire.

Pay Rate: $17/hr - $18/hr (Based on experience)
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday: 2:30pm - 1:00am with Over Time on Fridays

Essential Duties:

• Wire and assemble all types of lighting (including LED) into de ´cor and signage per the engineered specifications.
• Safely make electrical connections and rewire signage and lighting as needed.
• Work with various materials (LEDs, Aluminum, Acrylic, plastic, power supplies, and electrical components, etc.) provided to create custom lettersets and signage, ranging from simple to complex.Ability to use power drill, power nailer, staplers and tape gun.

• Ability to use power drill, power nailer, staplers and tape gun.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions as well as shop drawings.
• Ability to read and understand tape measure. De ´cor items employee is responsible for:
• Assembling various de ´cor/signage items from start to finish (NOT assembly line type work)

• Ability to lift 50 pounds of material on a regular basis.
• Stand for long periods of time and repetitive movements.
• Wears safety glasses at all times while in shop and respirator as required for certain tasks.
