Mindbank Consulting Group has multiple opportunities for experienced Budget Analysts

• some formulation, some execution - for opportunities located in

McLean, VA . These are all onsite and are direct hire (perm placement) positions. Salary range for these roles range from $130K - ~$160K. (If you are highly experienced and have higher salary requirements, let's still talk - there is some leeway, I believe.)

Financial Services Budget Execution Analyst is charged with navigating complex financial landscapes to optimize both financial and resource utilization. This involves conducting thorough analyses, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance fiscal efficiency and accountability.

Financial Services Budget Formulation Analyst will actively contribute to the formulation, support, and execution of the National Intelligence Program (NIP) Budget. This responsibility extends beyond traditional budgetary tasks, encompassing a strategic mindset to align financial resources with the overarching goals and objectives of the NIP. The role demands a keen ability to analyze and synthesize complex financial data, enabling informed decision-making and resource allocation in alignment with IC and organizational priorities.

These positions all require quite a bit of experience. Please note the QUALIFICATIONS

** US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

** Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics; demonstrating a strong academic foundation relevant to the position.

** A minimum of 7-10 years working in government budgeting of which (please note) 3-5 years must be within the Intelligence Community.

AND

** Demonstrated government budget formulation activities and adept familiarity with the intricacies of the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process (IPPBE).

OR

** Proven expertise of government budget execution activities and adept familiarity with the intricacies of the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process (IPPBE).
