Job Title:Agile Business Analyst Location:Hybrid in Sacramento, CA; 2 days onsite Pay Range:starting from $53.00 per hour What's the Job? We have a need for a mid-level Agile Business Analyst to support with decomposing policy to business rules, visually displaying the intended design, then further decomposing into technical requirements. We need somebody that has SDLC knowledge as well as facilitation skills to bring Policy and Developers together, driving decisions and website application design. Agile methodology is required for the skillset. Ideal Skillets: Previous experience working with visual tools and process mapping such as Microsoft Visio, Miro, Figma, Balsamiq. Previous experience working with Agile ticketing tools such as: JIRA, Monday, Dev Ops etc. Must Have Skillets: Experience working in a cross-functional team including developers, product manager/owner, and business stakeholders. Previous experience delivering projects in an Agile SDLC environment for SaaS B2B and/or B2C applications. Strong written and verbal skills facilitating or participating in requirements sessions, writing use cases, user scenarios, mapping of business processes, and translating policy into technical business rules.
