Title: Finance Assistant
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Pay: $22-$26/hr based on experience
Duration: Contract (minimum of 60 days), with the potential to go permanent
Location: Denton, TX
Job Duties:
Assist in the financial operations of the CAD
Process accounts payable
Correct errors on time clock punches
Order supplies
Check attendance call-ins--Answer the call in line and communicate to managers who is calling in for the day
Back up for routing vendors when visiting
Perform other related duties as required
Experience Needed:
1+ years of accounting experience
2+ years in an office environment
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance
Attention to detail
