Loan Operations Manager Santa Rosa

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Loan Operations Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Santa Rosa, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Loan Servicing Team, ensuring effective execution of tasks such as:
• Post-closing callbacks
• General Ledger reconciliation
• Loan payoffs
• Escrow processing, insurance tracking, flood analysis, and property tax delinquency monitoring
• SBA Guidehouse remittances
• Application and validation of loan payments and draw requests
• Maintenance of Loan Master Files and loan activity reviews
• Customer service for internal and external clients
• Documentation organization and security
• Ensure adherence to all Bank policies, procedures, and relevant state and federal regulations
• Identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities and risks within the servicing operations
• Review and enhance servicing processes through technology upgrades and process improvements
• Act as the system administrator for core servicing systems, including Fiserv DNA
• Collaborate with the Loan Administrator to develop and implement new regulations, policies, products, and procedures
• Serve as the lead or backup in the absence of the Loan Administrator
• Oversee audits and examinations, including preparation, research, and response
• Complete a minimum of 10 hours of CRA volunteer work annually, with scheduled hours compensable and mileage reimbursed

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate loan servicing or loan origination
• At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role
• Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, time management, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making
• Proficient in multi-tasking within a dynamic work environment
