Position Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize our billing processes to ensure top performance.
Standardize billing procedures for consistency and quality across North America, noting country-specific needs.
Manage system and process issues, conduct root cause analyses and ensure smooth third-party service connections.
Lead special projects, establishing clear goals, engaging the team and meeting milestones.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree. Major in Finance or Business preferred.
3+ years in business process optimization, change management or a related area.
3+ years in process automation and analytics.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Agile project management experience preferred.
