Electronic Test Technician - 3rd Shift

3rd Shift - 10:00pm -6:30am

DOD Clearance not required but preferred

Performs ESS/functional testing processes using a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results. Requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment. May recommend changes in testing methods or equipment changes. Requires an associate's degree or 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a testing environment. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor. Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct ESS/functional testing (and troubleshooting) activities on complex electronic systems

Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues

Follow testing procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards

Maintain accurate documentation of test results and provide shift reports

Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the development of best practices

US Citizen Requirement

Due to export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Required

2 years of experience in conducting ESS/functional testing and troubleshooting activities on electronic systems

Attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures accurately

Have a secret security clearance or able to obtain a secret security clearance

Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electronic testing procedures and equipment

Valued

Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field

High school diploma/GED Equivalent

Experience with navigation systems

Familiarity with industry standards and quality control processes
