We are now hiring for a Compounder for 2nd shift. A Compounder is responsible for chemical blending of batches to support production lines within the facilities.

Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Chemical Blending of production batches from batch record.

  • Pre-weighs material for batching.

  • Adding raw materials from 55 gallon drums and computer additions.

  • Meet Production Schedule and performance metrics.

  • Sanitize production tanks and lines.

  • Assist with incoming bulk tankers / raw materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year of previous compounding/mixing/blending of batches.

  • Read, write and understand the English language.

  • Basic math skills including fractional/decimal equations.

  • Must be able to stand for an entire shift.

  • Must have the ability to lift, reach, squat, push and pull.

  • Requires lifting of objects up to 50 lbs.

  • Willing to work in warm and cold environments.

  • Must be able to operate a forklift, both sit down and standing.
