• Day Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 4:30 PM
• Competitive Pay: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance activities, ensuring all parts, tools, and procedures are prepared.
• Equipment Management: Manage assembly, cleaning, and disassembly of equipment and parts.
• Support & Fabrication: Assist in equipment cleaning and standard fabrication tasks.
• Jigs & Fixtures: Build and modify jigs and manufacturing-related fixtures.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and support for employees on electrical, hydraulics, welding, and other issues.
• Quality Control: Ensure quality control of materials and processes, adhering to company and OSHA safety standards.

• Maintenance Expertise: Proficient in materials, tools, and equipment for maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical & CNC Skills: Strong electrical skills and experience with CNC machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical processes.
• Safety Knowledge: Understanding of OSHA standards and the ability to follow company safety protocols.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to evaluate situations, review options, and set priorities effectively.
• Self-Motivated: Focused on achieving results and continuous improvement.

• Movement: Ability to ascend/descend ladders, bend, pull, push, and work in confined spaces.
• Environment: Capable of working in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Safety: Required to wear protective gear and handle all equipment and tools safely.

• Experience: 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• License: Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility: Ability to work other shifts if necessary.
