Our client, a non-profit health and research-based organization, is in search of a skilled HR Business Partner to join their team for 6 months. If you have a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of human resources experience, along with proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems, don't miss this opportunity to make an impact in this organization!

About the Job:

  • Pays $45/hr-$50/hr DOE.
  • Provide effective operational services and advice to business leaders.
  • Resolve employee conduct/relation issues and support performance improvement.
  • Build morale, increase productivity and retention, and improve work relationships.
  • Develop tailored training programs and ensure HR data/reporting is effective.
  • Support organizational objectives and priorities through additional tasks.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is preferred.
  • 6+ years of HR Generalist experience in employee relations, HRIS, performance and policy strategy is required.
  • Ability to work on-site 2-3x per week in Washington, DC
