Value Add Operator 2nd Shift

Location: Valley City, Ohio
Shift: Second Shift (4:00 PM - 4:30 AM, Monday through Thursday)

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Value Add Operator to join our team in Valley City, Ohio. The Value Add Operator will play a crucial role in enhancing the value of our products by performing various tasks that contribute to the efficiency and quality of our production processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the value-add process.
• Perform tasks such as assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection of products.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
