Machine Mechanic

Summary: Set Up equipment based on job specification and maintain equipment based on manufacturer recommendations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and diagnose machine problems.

1. Performing set ups and makereadies on packaging equipment.

1. Perform routine maintenance of packaging equipment.

1. Read and understand equipment operating instructions.

1. Evaluate packaging lines to maximize machine outputs.

1. Work in a team environment on packaging projects.

1. Evaluate current equipment to maximize equipment utilization.

1. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) per PM schedules.

1. Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work area.

1. Follow all SOPs and GMPs
