Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. GenAI Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in developing and implementing AI systems, with a specific focus on generative AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining scalable, robust and efficient AI architectures. This role requires a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and neural networks, and the ability to apply this knowledge to create innovative solutions for our business needs. We are also seeking someone who desires to move into Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of our AI systems, with a focus on generative AI.
• Work closely with our data scientists to develop and refine our AI models.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Develop and implement best practices for AI architecture.
• Use your understanding of SOLID principles to create robust and scalable AI systems.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and updates.
• Use Docker to ensure consistent and reliable deployment across various environments.
• Use Python to develop and implement complex AI algorithms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop AI solutions to meet these needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. A master's degree or PhD is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI or machine learning, with a focus on generative AI.
• Strong experience with AI technologies, including ChatGPT.
• Extensive knowledge of AI architecture.
• A deep understanding of SOLID principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Docker.
• Expertise in Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning.
