Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales combined with technical expertise, enabling them to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize selling experience coupled with technical knowledge to effectively promote our products and services to present and potential new customers.
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Engage in quote estimating and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate pricing for customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Occasionally travel domestically for client meetings and trade shows, with overnight stays ranging from 1-3 days.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel domestically on occasion for client visits and industry events.
