Business Development Manager (Staffing)
(aka The Growth Catalyst) to lead our efforts in growing our staffing business, forging new client relationships, and expanding our market reach. As the Business Development Manager at
our client , you’ll spearhead sales initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive top-tier staffing services. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to grow the company’s staffing services. You’ll identify target markets, develop sales plans, and engage with key decision-makers to build new client relationships and expand existing accounts. Client Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research. You’ll generate and qualify leads, opening doors to new partnerships with businesses in need of staffing solutions. Building and Managing Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and aligning services to meet those needs. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring that staffing solutions are tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Negotiating Contracts and Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring that terms are favorable for both the client and the company. You’ll work closely with internal teams to finalize agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery of services. Collaborating with Recruiting Teams: Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure client staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. You’ll work closely with recruiters to align client requirements with the available talent, ensuring the right fit for every role. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to ensure that the company remains competitive in the staffing space. You’ll provide market insights to leadership, helping shape the company’s growth strategy. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, client acquisition costs, and revenue growth. You’ll provide regular reports to leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that sales targets are met. Requirements Required Skills: Business Development Expertise:
Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management within the staffing industry. You’re skilled at identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals. Staffing Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment landscape, including sourcing, recruitment processes, and industry trends. You’re comfortable discussing client needs and aligning staffing solutions with their business goals. Sales and Negotiation Skills:
Exceptional sales skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals that drive business growth. You’re skilled at building relationships with decision-makers and presenting tailored staffing solutions that meet their needs. Client Relationship Management:
