Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other mandatory disclosuresMonitor and ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standardsAnalyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial reportingAssist with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statementsCoordinate with internal and external auditors during the audit processDevelop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiencySupport management in various ad-hoc financial analysis requestsRequirementsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA or equivalent certification is preferredA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEC reporting or in a public accounting environmentStrong understanding of SEC regulations and reporting requirementsExperience with financial statement preparation and financial analysisProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentDesired skills:Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and GAAPExperience with XBRL reporting is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsSalary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
