IT Business Systems Analyst , working in
IT (excluding Telecommunication)
industry in
Oakland, California, United States .
Partner closely with the various organizations to turn short and long-term business needs into high quality, scalable, secure systems to enable the company's critical initiatives.Build a positive relationship with business partners.Understand their goals, workflows and processes.Use your deep system knowledge to drive system strategy/vision, design and implementation to mutually beneficial ends.Work closely with management and business partners to prioritize and build our team's roadmap and long-range planning.Provide communications including executive summaries and company updates.Manage scope, timelines, resource planning, risks, and budgets.Identify manual processes and problems for both the business and the employees who use collaboration tools and work to determine solutions.Manage data collection, analysis of business needs, develops and recommends solutions.Propose and Implement process change and evaluates outcomes to ensure they result in measurable improvements.

Experience Required for Your Success
Bachelors degree in Information Systems or Computer Science; or equivelent work experience3+ years experience managing SaaS collaboration tools (bonus if managed multiple SaaS collaboration applications)5+ years of IT experienceProven track record of having implemented, improved and supported enterprise class SaaS systemsDemonstrable ability to work autonomously, manage and lead small to medium projects or parts of larger programs requiring program management involvementSolid grasp of IT fundamentals, including SDLC, agile methodologies, and change managementEffectively communicate with all levels of staff, including executive level stakeholders
