As a Commercial Underwriting Intern you will:
Consolidate and improve our SharePoint.Consolidate and update workflows making them more intuitive.Investigate and research classes of business and the resulting claims in order to improve our underwriting and propose guidelines.Find a more innovative approach to reviewing large losses and explore that as a project to be completed.Interact with commercial policies.Be given decision-making authority and the opportunity to investigate, communicate, etc.We are looking for students majoring or minoring in Business related majors, Finance, Risk Management & Insurance or have an interest in underwriting or insurance.
