About the Role:

The Marketing team at PitchBook is critical to fueling the company's growth by utilizing a variety of strategies to increase brand awareness and help our Sales and Customer Success teams grow and retain our client base. The Marketing team is responsible for all demand generation efforts including successful campaigns, account based marketing, digital channel executions, effective product and customer marketing efforts, strategy-optimizing data and analytics, and engaging client and trade-show events. The Marketing team also drives the brand forward via impactful public relations and management of our dynamic sports partnerships.

PitchBook's producer for webinar content helps drive our online webinar production. This role requires balancing project management and digital production while improving our ability to reach our audience. This role is a part of the Events and Partnerships team, supporting the production of webinars and speaking engagements that further amplify PitchBook's data and research. The right candidate will be at their best working in a fast-paced environment while in close collaboration with team members.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Support the webinar strategy as defined by marketing leadersPlay an integral role in the webinar production process from audience acquisition to post-webinar follow-up and analyticsWork cross-functionally with campaign managers, product marketers, and the creative team to ensure webinars are on brand and promoted effectively through PitchBook's marketing channelsCoordinate directly with the analyst team to produce impactful webinars for our external audiencesCreate PowerPoint decks and additional design creation assetsAssist in studio set up and live productionCoordinate with the social media team to identify webinar marketing opportunities and assist on digital production as neededMaintain webinar follow-up processes, video uploads, and post live-day communicationMaintain Highspot platform to ensure webinar awareness for internal teamsSupport the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviorsParticipate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

Skills and Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in content production or marketingBasic video production and editing skills preferredAbility to learn technical skills to aid in event productionA true team playerAbility to work productively across diverse teams in rapidly changing situationsHighly organized with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritiesDetail-oriented and deadline drivenTech savvy. Experience with Zoom or other similar programs is preferredProficiency with project management platforms such as AsanaProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily

Compensation

Annual base salary: $65,000-$78,000Target annual bonus percentage: 7.5%

*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.

Working Conditions:

We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have some flexibility to work remotely. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 3+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period, for which the length varies by role. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an ongoing basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
