The candidate will serve in legal research and writing and provide litigation support. Responsibilities include:Complex research and analysis.Preparation of appellate briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.Involvement in state and federal cases.Judicial clerk experience in appellate or federal court is strongly preferred. Candidates should have judicial clerkships and an interest in focusing on the research of complicated legal issues. Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
