Be your own boss by creating your own career path and pushing your professional limits.The Remote - Wall Panel Designer is responsible for the accurate design of wall panels for single-family, multi-family, and commercial projects.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign metal plate-connected wood trusses and Wall Panels utilizing Mitek softwareOptimize designs for maximum efficiencyReview orders, layouts, and data files for accuracyAssist sales and production with design service and troubleshootingPerform other duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum high school graduatePreferred bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in Wall Panel DesignWorking knowledge and experience using Mitek software are preferredWorking knowledge of floor and roof systems and the ability to spec out beams and hangarsCompensation & Benefit Information:$45,000 - 65,000 annuallyBonus/Incentive Pay:A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.Medical insuranceHealth savings account with company contributionDental insuranceVision insuranceBasic and voluntary life insuranceDisability insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysStock purchase program with employee discountEducational reimbursementWellness programs and challengesOther supplemental benefitsThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
