Oracle Senior Learning Designer-Federal

Location: Little Rock, ArkansasAs a Senior Learning Designer, you will apply instructional design best practices to develop and maintain computer-based and instructor-led training content for our client.As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.Minimum Qualifications6 years of experience relevant to this position. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to make independent judgments as the job duties are varied and complex. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesNeeds Analysis:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and write objectives.Curriculum and Content Development:

Design and develop instructional materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and multimedia content.Instructional Design:

Apply instructional design models (ADDIE) to create effective learning experiences.Technical Writing:

Translate complex information into concise user-friendly content.Project Management:

Collaborate as a learning designer on an AGILE Scrum team.Problem Solving:

Utilize critical thinking skills and independent judgment to resolve complex learning design and technical issues.Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain open and clear communication channels with stakeholders.Coach and Mentor:
