This person has in-depth knowledge of the digital space and a strong sense of layout, typography, and composition, but also has experience working with images and feels comfortable with retouching. This person is skilled in video editing and animation. We are excited to bring on someone who is a truly innovative creative, is excited about the fashion industry, and brings an artistic eye with extreme attention to detail to our global team.This role is responsible for creating assets for email newsletters, social media marketing, paid and display ads, e-commerce, and additional brand/marketing assets as needed. It is important that this role use their creative expertise to ensure on-brand continuity across all digital and print platforms. This role will report to the Art Director and will work collaboratively with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams.What Will You Be Doing?

Concept and create assets for daily email newsletters and social media platforms, specifically Instagram stories & ReelsCreate digital marketing assets for paid mediaCreate assets for homepage design for uploadingCreate video and animated assetsCreate decks, branded materials and invitations as neededCreate print materials including OOHColor correct and retouch garments as needed, both on-model and product imagesEnsure on-brand continuity with garments, lighting, and color consistency across the e-commerce and digital platformsOther duties relating to graphics or marketing may be assignedRequirements

3-5 years of experience in graphic designBA/BFA in Graphic Design or other relevant field, or equivalent work experienceRequired: Figma experienceAdobe Creative Suite mastery is essential - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Lightroom.Must have experience with video editing and graphic animationMust have experience in the Fashion industryMarketing background in designing for Email, Social, Web, Display, and PrintKeen eye for detail and solid grasp of color theoryStrong typography and composition design skillsExperience conveying ideas and concepts through storyboardingExpertise in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring assets hold brand consistencyStrong attention to detail and effective communicatorHighly organized with strong multi-tasking skillsComfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlinesAbility to have a detail-oriented dialogue about the properties of a given image or digital assetsThis is a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Downtown LA officePAY RATE: $70,000/yr-$80,000/yr
