For more information, visit Tricon Residential.Job DescriptionThe primary function of the Property Compliance Coordinator is to aid in the management of the day-to-day HOA compliance.HOA compliance, including city code, federal compliance, etc.Relationship building with external HOA management and City Code InspectorsAccounts payable, including HOA assessments, HOA fines, etc.Work order management, including follow-up and closeout and vendor paymentsAccounts receivable, including resident charge backs and collections follow-upLiaison between field employees and external HOA managementProcess HOA violations using Tripod and YardiQualifications:Understanding of the HOA processSome understanding of Federal Housing Rules and RegulationsOrganized with excellent follow-throughAbility to handle conflict with discretion and seek positive outcomesExcellent communication skills, both written and oralProfessional demeanorMinimum Requirements:High School diplomaStrong computer skillsYardi experience preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and be flexible in an ever-changing environmentAt Tricon, we are committed to creating a workplace where every individual is valued for their unique contributions, experiences, voices, and backgrounds.
