The Role


As a Technical Recruiter, you will directly impact the company's future by identifying and attracting excellent candidates for Palantir. You will be part of a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a broad recruiting strategy while thinking creatively about how to drive hiring results. The ability to identify and source high quality candidates and land them on the appropriate team is critical in this role. Finally, you will own Recruiting partnerships and guide stakeholders through the entire hiring process - dealing with a variety of nuanced situations along the way. 

Core Responsibilities

Design and own the entire recruiting life-cycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates.

Actively engage talent via: leveraging referrals, sourcing new leads, utilizing technology, engaging with external recruiting partners, planning and attending events, and more.

Provide an excellent candidate experience from the first call through to offer.

3+ years of technical recruiting or sourcing experience.

Salary


The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $90,000 - $120,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
