Hardware Test Engineer - Robotics

Duration: 3 months contract, Full-Time Employment Type: W-2 Job Description:Set up test benches and computers based on released protocols/instructions.Support development of test benches for subsystem and subassembly electromechanical hardware testing such during desing development, in manufacturing and/or for reliabilityDebug and modify existing test scriptsExecute tests and collect test data based on test instructionsDocument results and report it to engineers Responsibilities:Document results and report it to engineersKnowledge of programming concepts and ability to modify existing scripts (Python and Unix)Excellent reporting and documentation skillsExperience using data acquisition systems Preferred:Document results and report it to engineersIntermediate knowledge of automation and servo control systemsWork experience within Medical Device manufacturing environment Experience:Electromechancial hardware testing,Fixtures setup, test execution, data collection and documentationScript modification, test setup debugging and trouble shootingMechanical, Mechatronic or Product Development Testing Skills:Electromechanical Hardware Testing Education:Engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics plus 3 years industry experience About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
