As a Medical Surgical Nurse at CHI St Vincent Infirmary, you'll excel in your nursing career by providing care to patients admitted to our unit. Most of your patients are funneled in from other units providing you with the opportunity to build on your education and experience in specialized service lines such as cardiac, telemetry, orthopedics, neurology, critical care, surgical services, and emergency.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver the best possible care to your set of assigned patientsAdminister medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentationCollaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imagingWe are offering a
sign on bonus up to $25,000
to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, tuition reimbursement and relocation assistance.
Qualifications
Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas6 months of acute care experience is required (new graduates or nurses who have never worked in an acute care setting are hired through our residency training program)Previous med surg experience is preferred, but not requiredBLS through the
American Heart Association
