Manufacturing Enablement Center provides customizable cGMP suites to enable advanced therapy manufacturing in a “hoteling model,” traditional contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) or a hybrid model. Sr./Materials Planner, (cGMP)

to join our growing team!!!The

Sr./Materials Planner

is accountable for driving results in a fast-paced environment by owning raw materials planning, ensuring availability to support scheduled clinical manufacturing. This role will oversee end-to-end clinical supply chain activities for assigned clients. This role will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams like Procurement and QA/QC, and external vendors & suppliers to support clinical manufacturing activity.What You’ll Do Here:Develop and support inventory strategy and forecasts; maintain inventory plans and models for raw materials to support clinical production.Determine stock levels for critical inputs; monitor inventory levels and manage excess or obsolete inventory.Identify and communicate supply risks that may impact production schedule.Work cross functionally to address and resolve any issues related to production and materials planning.Supply planning activities: create and maintain supplier forecasts and purchase orders for specific client projects to meet planned demand.Create and maintain planning and logistics metrics to enable process improvements.Assist in the scheduling of cold chain 3PLs: Leuk accessioning and Final Product shipping.Design and establish key business processes to ensure proactive planning and risk mitigation to align with

strategic initiatives and goals.Minimize variability and align logistics, demand planning, and sourcing to ensure minimum financial impact while maintaining continuous manufacturing operations and cold chain logistics.We Would Love to Hear from You If:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Supply Chain Management.4+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, and/or related experience.Knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials planning, production processes, & quality control.Working knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry.Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.Excellent communication and analytics skills.Experience with NetSuite and/or Prendio is a plus.Ability to work in a small, high growth company and a fast-paced environment.At
