Key Responsibilities:Ensure meticulous execution at every stage of the sales process.Lead by example to enforce proper utilization of the CRM system .Be prepared to step in and support sales team members to close deals effectively (TO assistance).

Responsibilities

•Help auto group exceed profitability goals by tracking progress to monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts• Coach sales staff on best practices for improving performance ,

conducting effective follow-up, closing deals, and meeting and exceeding sales goals•Accurately record data on existing and potential customers in the CRM system to support sales efforts•Direct day-to-day showroom operations to establish a positive environment for customers and employees, alike•Actively participate in automotive group recruiting to hire sales talent for all positions•Hold sales team accountable for CRM activity

Qualifications

•Mandatory high school diploma or GED equivalent - highly qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree•Possess a valid driver's license•Have a strong working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations affecting vehicle sales and the automotive industry, as a whole• Must have strong leadership, organizational, financial, sales management, computer, and communications skills•At least five years of experience working at a car dealership with one or more years as a sales department manager or other management position is preferred
