We are rapidly growing - with locations in California, Arizona, Texas, ColoradoandNevada.WHO WE NEED: We are currently looking to add to our team of highly trained medical professionals, seeking an excellent aesthetic Registered Nurse. This is NOT an entry-level position, candidates without prior experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology or med spa setting will not be considered.WHO YOU ARE : A passionate, dedicated, and skillful Registered Nurse/NP who has an eye for aesthetics! You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and are always willing to learn more and strengthen your skills to deliver the best service and results.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Deliver best in class dermal filler and neurotoxin treatments, laser treatments, microneedling, CoolSculpting and other non-invasive treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical DirectorAdvanced dermal filler and neurotoxin experienceObtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentationConduct client consultations and provide treatment plansPerform before and after photographyEducate clients on all Kalologie treatment and product offeringsActively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotionsEducate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the resultComply with required protocols, requests and compliance policiesPerform prep work, properly clean and restock room as requiredMaintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environmentAssist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by managementWHAT YOU’LL HAVE:Must be experienced delivering cosmetic injectabletreatments (Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, Restylane)Up-to-date CalifornialicensureBLS and ACLS Certification2-3 years of dermal fillerexperience. We will provide hands-on training for the right candidate.Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel and other software skillsHold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff membersWork a flexible schedule as we are open evenings and weekendsWillingness to learn new techniques and proceduresCheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitudeMeticulous attention to detailExcellent customer service and consultative skillsWHAT WE OFFER: Kalologie offers a competitive salary with flexible schedules, generous service discounts, and ongoing training opportunities on new techniques, equipment and products.
