WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Perform architecture reviews and provide feedback to help customers/partners to avoid configuration/implementation related issues Work closely with technical architects/product engineers to build new solutions/optimize existing implementations Provide technical support to customer issues in Saviynt app on ServiceNow and Saviynt CPAM products Identify gaps in product offering and work closely with the product team on prioritization of critical fixes and help them in standardization Assisting Partners in implementation and providing best practices Guide support teams on complex issues and work closely to document RCAs/Observations Assist implementation teams to tackle complex business use-cases Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing Work closely with the product team to understand new features in the upcoming releases and conduct internal workshops to enable field and support engineers WHAT YOU BRING

Identity and Access Management domain knowledge is mandatory. Experience in ServiceNow application development and Privilege Access Management domain Bachelor’s/equivalent degree in Engineering or an equivalent experience Knowledge of Java/J2EE and experience with SQL. Be able to build SQL queries and triage data-related issues. 10+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment in any Identity Management and Governance product Experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting Prior experience integrating with any SSO provider Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP) Understanding of SLAs and the importance of being within SLAs Experience with ticketing systems - Service Desk, Remedy, FreshDesk, JIRA, etc. Excellent verbal, written communication skills and analytical skills. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment Ability to excel in a team-oriented, project-based work environment Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude Benefits

$150,000 - $165,000 a year

We offer you a competitive total rewards package, learning and tremendous opportunities to grow and advance in your career. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000 to $165,000 annually.

You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
