You must have a passion for new technologies and the ability to work with senior customer engineering management, Synopsys' leadership and collaborate with the incredible team across the diverse portfolio to steer technical roadmap and development. You will play a key role in managing and executing the product objectives, customer acquisition initiatives, creating relevant go-to-market assets and driving an impactful marketing campaign to advance Synopsys' leadership in multi-die design.You are an experienced leader with a strong understanding of IC design, multi-die design, packaging and system analysis market, customer requirements and industry landscape. You are already working in the EDA or semiconductor sector as design/analysis product manager or marketer - ideally in the San Francisco Bay Area.Responsibilities include:Managing and executing product strategy, product roadmap, marketing campaigns and customer adoptions for Synopsys' multi-die platform.Serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally, interacting with customers and field teams.Managing cross-functional collaboration, Go-To-Market strategies, and driving business and technical objectives.Track engagement pipeline and key milestones to meet goals; present cohesive view to product and leadership teams to guide product and business strategy.Develop compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates the solution in the market and resonates with customers.Create thought-leading marketing presentations, and drive development of other content, such as blogs, videos, webinars, and advertisement material.Monitor market and competitive trends, feed insights back into product and leadership teams to adjust strategies and execution as needed.Support the team interactions, processes and deliverables through program management.Job qualifications:Expert knowledge of multi-die, advanced packaging and system analysis market and the ecosystem.15+ years of relevant EDA/design experience - specifically in product management or marketing.BS or MS degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar; MBA a plus.Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, with good organizational skills and flexible mindset to interface with several initiatives involving cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks at once (flexible and self-sufficient).Highly motivated, reliable, responsive, customer-facing.Excellent presentation, oral/written communications skills in English, and interpersonal skills.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Job Category:
