Join us, where we'll make a greater impact together.What You'll do:Groundswell is seeking an experienced solutions architect with a diverse technical background and demonstrated experience developing and solutioning within complex, enterprise-scale customer environments. As part of this program, you will be driving solutioning for modern, cloud-based technology within a complex customer ecosystem. In this role, you will build a solid understanding of Groundswell's capabilities and combine this with cutting-edge technologies to develop comprehensive solutions that solve customer challenges.Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather goals and objectives, identify gaps, and develop differentiated solutions that solve mission needs.Conceptualize, architect, develop, and communicate solutions that will drive customer success and achieve program objectives.Define total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements, develop system element architecture and design and interface definitions, define system implementation approaches and operational concepts.Lead a team of developers, architects, and SMEs to design and develop software solutions.Research and understand technology in the areas of data analytics, systems engineering, digital engineering, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and other specialized engineering domains to design, develop, and support an integrated solution for the customer.Manage a team of internal and external SMEs to develop the optimal combined architecture to meet customer needs while minimizing cost to the customer and maximizing future scalability.Look for opportunities to capitalize on technology advances through analysis of key industry and technology trends to assess potential impact on the enterprise.Perform product and capability demonstrations for customers and industry partners as needed.Support industry-specific growth strategies and initiatives aimed at differentiation of services and delivery, increased competitiveness, and industry thought leadership.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related technical discipline with a minimum of 8-years of relevant experience or a Master's with 6 years.Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale architecture for Federal customers.Expertise in the technologies and frameworks to include (but not limited to) systems engineering & integration, DevSecOps, software architecture, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.Experience working within the Department of Defense (DoD) Risk Management Framework (RMF).Experience deploying digital platforms in Commercial Cloud offerings (Gov clouds preferred).Must have experience working front-end solutioning with clients to include assessing needs from requirements (SOW, SOO, PWS, and other material), exceptional communication and relationship skills, determining hot buttons and key client needs, etc.Ability to grasp the technical details from a SME and integrate the relevant aspects into a comprehensive solution. Ability to identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps when the technical solutions are discussed/presented by different SMEs/vendors.Familiar with AWS architecture and development.Leadership skills to operate, manage, guide, and influence cross-functional teams.Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills with experience interacting/presenting to executive and senior management.Must be a US Citizen with active TS/SCI Clearance and eligibility for CI Poly.Must be local to the DC Metro area and willing to work in the office or on client site 2-3 days a week.May require occasional travel (up to 5%).Preferred Qualifications:Support enterprise-wide growth strategies and initiatives aimed at differentiation of services and delivery, increased competitiveness, and industry thought leadership.Develop technical content for proposals, white papers, and related materials in support of government solicitations and conferences.AWS certification preferred.Why You'll Never Want to Leave:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.Flexible Spending Account.4% 401K Match (immediate vesting).Paid Time Off.Tuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional development.Flexible work schedule.On-site gym and childcare option.The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $130,066.00 - $232,760.00.NOTE:
