As a Product Manager for Business to Consumer (B2C) payments, you will have the opportunity to define and deliver new payment rails, client experience and drive new growth for the business. You will have the opportunity to approach our work with an agile mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. This is a very exciting time to join a team that is shaping the company’s Business to Consumer (B2C) payments strategy.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

Job responsibilities

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.

Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.

Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.

Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

Work directly with engineering and other internal teams to build and deliver the products.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Strong product management skills to focus on a customer-first mindset, lean product thinking, and a focus on product adoption.

Strong client-interface skills with an ability to observe and identify client problems and ideate solutions.

Working experience with Visa OCT and Mastercard Send etc.

An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams, and coach and develop other team members.

Strong project management, analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and communication skills with both internal and external partners.

Work incredibly well with cross-functional partners and in a matrix environment including partnering with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Design teams to recognize key growth areas for the business and emerging client needs.

People Manager.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

Working experience with card payments or alternative payment rails like Zelle, and PayPal etc.

Strong project management, analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and communication skills with both internal and external partners.
