Passes is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Lead to lead our financial operations. This individual will be responsible for providing a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial health and developing strategies to ensure financial stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a deep understanding of financial management and reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health and growth.Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring efficient use of company resources.Prepare and present regular financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform financial planning.Develop long-term financial plans to support the company’s growth and sustainability.Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company’s financial stability.Implement robust internal controls and financial policies.Conduct financial audits and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.5-10 years of experience in finance roles.Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Financial Acumen and Analytical SkillsStrategic Financial Planning and ExecutionRisk Management and ComplianceCommunication and Negotiation SkillsBenefits:
