The program manager will design scalable programs that foster growth for our top delivery partners while ensuring capacity availability during high-demand events.The Senior Program Manager for DSP Capacity Planning will be a key leader in the long-term capacity strategy and planning for the DSP Program. Amazon scales fast, and we strongly rely on data and mechanisms to support this growth. The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for constantly evolving strong forecasting and analytical models that can reliably predict long range capacity needs in a high growth environment.Key job responsibilities

Build scalable and data driven long range DSP capacity plans.Build and manage processes to incorporate planning inputs in a seamless and scalable manner.Build partnerships with upstream planning functions to measure, control and respond to planning variations.Work cross-functionally with field operations and functional leaders to drive influence in capacity planning and management.Drive leadership business reviews on long term capacity strategy.This role is based out of Bellevue, WA.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of program or project management experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
