Join us, where we'll make a greater impact together.What You'll Do:Provide cradle to grave contract and subcontract administration including procurement planning.Support business development, program management and engineering, by negotiating and administering non-disclosure, teaming, and other binding arrangements.Ensure compliance with solicitations, complete reps and certs, support and attend proposal reviews, and submit proposals.Formulate and execute strategic assessments of business pursuits.Negotiate contracts and subcontracts consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) requirements policies and procedures, including source selection, cost/price analysis, and certifications.Process contract and subcontract close out documents in a timely manner to support company financial objectives in accordance with FAR and DFARS requirements.Advise and implement strategies that arise around contractual issues.Actively participate in proposal processes. Ensure compliance with solicitations, complete reps and certs, support and attend proposal reviews, and submit proposals.Leverage technology to provide metrics and drive contract process efficiencies.Conduct contractual and procurement due diligence and integration during M&A transactions.Collaborate with various team members to continually improve processes and policies to promote compliance and efficiency.Required Qualifications:BA/BS degree in a related field preferred.US citizen.5-10 years' experience with cradle to grave contracts management/administration experience.Significant experience and expertise in contracting with the U.S. government acquisition organizations and as a subcontractor to prime contracts. This will require working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), as well as various U.S. government contract types.Experience with proposal development, negotiation, contract administration, and contract close out.Strong working knowledge of federal purchasing regulations and ability to document contracts/subcontracts accordingly.Experience supporting business development, program management and engineering, by negotiating and administering non-disclosure, teaming, and other binding arrangements.Strong organizational and administrative abilities, ability to interact with program managers, finance, and business development with professionalism.Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and Government contracts policies and procedures.Knowledge of Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Reimbursable (CPFF), and Time and Material (T&M) type contracts and subcontracts.Hybrid role - ideally, candidates must be able and willing to be on-site at our HQ in Mclean, VA ~2 days per week.Why You'll Never Want to Leave:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.Flexible Spending Account.4% 401K Match (immediate vesting).Paid Time Off.Tuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional development.Flexible work schedule.On-site gym and childcare option.The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $104,662.00 - $186,440.00.NOTE:
