Responsibilities
Page Los Angeles is looking for a Senior Healthcare Planner to join our team. This role will implement the design concepts that are developed by the Page team and the Owner.Participate in driving decisions regarding planning & design concepts.Coordinate the project team in producing PD & SD presentation drawings reflecting Page's planning and design.Manage client expectations in relation to approved program and budget.Mentor junior staff.Participate in professional organization activities.Engage in business development opportunities for the firm, including assisting in responses to RFPs, making project presentations, calling on prospects, networking, writing articles, and participating in professional seminars.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.At least 15 years of experience.Registered architect in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Should have a strategic orientation.Possesses analytical thinking skills.Is a conceptual thinker with design sensitivity.Is adaptable and objective.Ability to confront peers, subordinates, and clients constructively.Good interpersonal skills.Has good team management skills.Has good oral communication/presentation, writing skills, public speaking, and can facilitate meetings with clients/users.Has good client management skills.Has good technical knowledge.Has initiative.Developed leadership skills.Working knowledge of life safety and building codes.Has a grasp of fundamentals and knowledge of theoretical and practical developments in the field of healthcare architecture.Is proficient with
