You are also knowledgeable in enterprise standard plugins used alongside those apps, such as ScriptRunner, Structure, Better Content Archiving, and Tempo Timesheets. You will not only perform standard Atlassian administrative duties, but also develop custom solutions involving automations and integrations with tools within and outside the Atlassian ecosystem. You will manage and oversee the design, standardization, and implementation of best-in-class Atlassian technologies and policies in line with the goals of SiriusXM.As a senior-level professional, you will also actively mentor junior members of the team, and lead by example in both your technical knowledge, but also your professional integrity. We are a team of passionate Atlassian enthusiasts, and our goal is to continue to nurture and raise Atlassian professionals.What you'll do:Design and develop workflows; build custom applications; develop mechanisms to automate manual processesEvaluate and deploy application version upgrades and 3rd party add-onsManage integrations between Atlassian applications and other systems, e.g. Salesforce, Slack, ServiceNowAssist users with Jira configuration and customization while adhering to established best practicesAssist users with Confluence wiki content management and customization, promote adoption of internal wiki knowledge baseIdentifying opportunities for improvement and implementing automation of manual tasksAssist users with Bitbucket configuration and repository management questionsParticipate in an on-call rotation, triaging application incidents and customer escalationsMentor and train other engineers responsible for assisting with maintenance and support of the Atlassian platformWhat you'll need:BS degree or equivalent in Information Systems, related technical field or equivalent practical experience3-5 years experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) at an enterprise levelExperience managing Atlassian add-ons, like Tempo Timesheets, Structure, and Adaptavist ScriptRunnerExperience implementing complex Jira workflows, screens, custom fields, and a solid understanding of how Agile Boards relate to projectsExperience with implementing and managing time tracking in an enterpriseScripting experience in Groovy and familiarity with REST APIExtensive experience in an internal/external IT support role, and a passion for engaged Enterprise supportKnowledge of Linux OS and commandsExperience with parsing and understanding application logs for troubleshootingSQL familiarity (Postgres) and good understanding of DB tables within the Atlassian context
