here .What your Impact will look likeLead a team across Account Management, Account Delivery, Customer Experience Services, Implementation, Customer Success and Support, with full P&L accountability.Manage a multi-million annual revenue target.Support introduction of new global products and services.Review group efficiency and effectiveness.Build fundamental account plans, operational strategy and drive activity.Build appropriate disciplines, governance and strategies across all facets of the organisation.Operate as the ‘face’ of the business, figurehead and executive key client sponsor.Development of relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospect and incumbent organisations.Analyse and understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate and evolve strategies based on these changes.Travel to customer sites to conduct sales activities.Accurately forecast future business.Hire and inspire amazing people.You will love this role if you have:Relevant tertiary qualification - engineering, information technology, commercial, business management, etc.Extensive and demonstrated senior leadership experience within complex public sector and/or private sector markets business.Ability to articulate complex solutions and present key messages to a wide group of target audiences, including written reports.Experience and proven track record in delivering on digital transformation agenda through digitisation programs, service/consultancy offerings and change management, resulting in tangible benefits to the customer.Functional / Technical Skills & CompetenciesGood understanding of key end-to-end business processes - “order to cash”, “procure to pay” and related commercial processes.Managing significant cost centre budgets and delivering on productivity programs within services and technology.Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver budgets and business plan outcomes.Exposure to managing operational support across multi-site businesses across different locations.Demonstrated ability to manage commercial negotiations and extract value from contracted service providers.Demonstrated leadership skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders.Ability to design systems and processes that create consistency.SECURITY REQUIREMENT:Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company’s information security program.Don’t have all the skills/experience mentioned above?
