As a product leader driving the Identity capability, you will empower all Intuit users to easily and securely access Intuit products with personalized experiences.

5+ years designing and delivering world-class platform products in a Product Management role, especially identity systems or large-scale enterprise applicationsTrack record in defining and delivering platform capabilities that serve enterprise needsDemonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teamsExperience with authorization standards including OAuth, OpenID, and SAMLDelivery of API-first offerings at scale that developers love usingDemonstrated success in taking data driven approach and delivering impactful business resultsAbility to develop and execute a successful product roadmapExperience with Agile - being the product owner and establishing clear requirements through detailed epics.Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful productsTrack record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customerExcellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizationsInspiring communication skills - for small teams to executives and larger groups as wellBS or technical degree preferred or equivalent work experienceHow you will lead

Define and lead the vision and strategy for Accounts, Profiles and Clean Data at IntuitStrong understanding of identity, data concepts, vendor integration, and platform thinkingProvide product thought leadership by identifying critical customer requirements, understanding business goals, defining the product end state, and working with development teams to design user experiences and scalable servicesWork closely with architects and engineers to design secure and high-scale solutions that are easy for Intuit product teams to integrate and deployTake a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and successExperimenting with data to influence business outcomesDrive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant scalePartner with program management to nail project execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across different services and teamsWork closely with the different Intuit business offering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive to a common goalSpend time with end-users to understand their pain points, gather insights on how we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful wayRepresent the team in presentations, meetings, customer and partner events internally and externally
