LinkedIn .DexCare is seeking an experienced Director of Implementation who will oversee the end-to-end implementation process of our SaaS solutions in healthcare settings. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of healthcare IT, operations, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Director of Implementation will be responsible for ensuring that our customers experience a seamless and efficient transition to our platform.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Strategy:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing implementation team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Develop and execute implementation strategies that align with company goals and customer needs, ensuring on-time and within budget deployments.Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine the implementation roadmap, identifying opportunities for process improvements, scalability, and innovation.

Project Management:

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple implementation projects simultaneously to ensure projects are resourced adequately and are delivered with high quality.Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer sponsors, serving as the primary escalation point of contact throughout the implementation process.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Manage resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables to meet project goals and customer expectations.

Customer Engagement:

Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to implementation.Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs, customize implementation plans, and ensure that our solutions meet their objectives.Provide customers and internal stakeholders with regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.Lead post-implementation reviews to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continuous enhancement of the implementation process.

Operational Excellence:

Develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to implementation success, including project timelines, customer satisfaction, and resource utilization.Drive initiatives to optimize the implementation process, reducing time to value for customers and improving overall customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, information technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Proven ability to scale implementation teams to support a high growth healthcare technology company.Minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in implementation management within the SaaS, healthcare, or health tech industry.Proven track record of successfully leading complex software implementations, including EMR integrations, in healthcare environments.Strong understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements.Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.Ability to travel as needed to client sites and company offices.

$153,000 - $205,000 a year

The salary range for this role is from $153,000-205,000 + Equity.
