No matter their individual role, each of our employees plays a vital part in bringing SiriusXM's vision to life every day.How you'll make an impact:SiriusXM is seeking a talented, experienced Sr. Product Analyst to join the Ads Product Analytics team. We're looking for someone interested in product, analytics, and using insights to help innovate in our Advertising product area. This Analyst will partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists and marketing teams to provide product usage and trend insights.What you'll do:Provide key business insights that drive decision making based on trends.Manage analytics lifecycle for products from concept to delivery.Build out visualizations of key metrics for consumption by product, ad operations and executive teams.Implement, manage, and reconcile internal metrics to drive product decisions.Collaborate with cross functional groups including Product, Business Development, Engineering and Marketing to identify key product opportunities.Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, models, and A/B tests to support monetization decisions.Conduct ad hoc analysis to provide guidance to engineering around bugs and issues.What you'll need:5+ years of work experience in a quantitative field.Previous product analytics experience preferred.Strong analytical skills and ability to clearly synthesize large dataset into key insights.Experience working with relational databases and SQL query languages.Familiarity with R, or Python is a plus.Excellent time management and attention to detail.Comfortable in fast-paced and changing environment.Excellent written and communication skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate with staff at all levels.Ability to work independently and deliver end to end wins in a team environment.Inventive and insights driven initiative with the ability to follow through on projects.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
